Grant-Loan Program

The purpose of the Northwest Rowing Council Grant-Loan Program is to further promote and support the sport of rowing in the Northwest Region in providing a vehicle by which Northwest. Region rowing membership can request assistance with the funding of qualified rowing development projects.
